1. Processing & Dispatch
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Warehouse Location: All orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse located in China.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reliable international carriers to deliver your order. The available shipping methods are:
EMS (International Express Mail Service)
DHL Express

3. International Delivery Times & Costs
Delivery Estimates: As an international shipper, delivery times vary significantly by destination. Please see the general guidelines below. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
EMS: 10-25 business days.
DHL: 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected method, package weight/dimensions, and the destination country's customs zone.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Your Responsibility: Flair Fantasy is the exporter of record. All orders shipped internationally are subject to the import laws, duties, and taxes of the destination country.
Potential Charges: You, as the recipient, are solely responsible for paying any and all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These fees are not included in your item price or shipping cost.
Delivery Delay: Non-payment of these fees can result in significant delivery delays or the return of your package. Carrier (DHL/EMS) may contact you directly for payment before releasing the shipment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address. Please double-check your information at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Reshipping a returned package will incur additional shipping fees.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is scanned and accepted by the carrier (EMS/DHL), Flair Fantasy is not liable for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.
Claims Process: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please first check with your household, neighbors, and local post office. For damaged items or packages lost in transit (per carrier investigation), we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Claims are subject to the carrier's policies and timelines.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders to certain regions due to carrier restrictions, embargoes, or other logistical constraints.
